Property Searches: There are two ways to search for listed properties on this site:
Why Use a REALTOR®? Click on the Why Use a REALTOR® graphic on the Home Page for the top 12 ways that a REALTOR will add value to your transaction. Not sure How to Choose a REALTOR®, click on the link from the Why Use a REALTOR® page for information on the difference between the duties of a buyer's broker and a seller's broker and for tips on evaluating an agent. Both of these pages contain links to Realtor.com with More for Buyers, More for Sellers, and Housing Market Facts. The information on all of these pages has been provided courtesy of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Find a REALTOR®: To locate a specific broker, agent or appraiser, click on Find a REALTOR® from the banner link. Simply enter the name of the company the member works for or the last name of the member for a roster with contact information.
MLStimate™: For a general estimation of value, use MLStimate by entering a property address and a few basic property characteristics. Move through the tabs and end with a possible value range and MLS comparables. This is a great tool to find out how properties in a specific part of town may be priced, can be compared with other valuation tools such as "Zestimate" and a Cyberhomes valuation and provide general information as you move through the process of searching for properties that interest you.
Statistics: Use the Statistics link on the Home Page side bar to access information on local sales and find additional resources for general market conditions.
Tips for Buyers & Sellers: In addition to the links on the Why Use a REALTOR® and How to Choose a REALTOR® pages, buyers and sellers can also click on the Tips for Buyers and Sellers link on the Home Page side bar menu or click on More from the banner links.
